for Training Purposes
What began as a quiet impulse led me to train as a qualified professional massage therapist. With the ambition to enhance the physical potential of active people and athletes with a focus on sports massage therapies.
To further develop my skills in assessment and manual therapy, I am looking for training subjects to help me specifically improve their performance and well-being.
Using evidence-based partial-body massages, I enhance potential and improve recovery by promoting blood circulation and muscle relaxation.

Having experienced the positive impact of manual therapies both to my children and myself as an ambitious sportsperson, I decided to use a break in my corporate career to become a
professional sports masseur.
So far, I completed the following courses, so far all with Bodyfeet Ltd, Thun, the leading vocational college for manual therapies in Switzerland:

THE SMALL PRINT…
What to know before your first treatment…
What a massage can and cannot do
A classic massage supports health, regeneration and well-being. However, it does not replace a medical diagnosis or medical treatment. So, if your symptoms are acute or unclear, please have them assessed by a doctor first.
When a treatment isn't possible
Some conditions do rule out a massage. Thus, before every session, inform me about ongoing conditions and any recent change in your health, e.g. complaints, injuries, surgeries, medication.
Your participation
When you book a massage, you participate on your own responsibility. And inform me during the massage as soon as something feels uncomfortable or painful so that I can adjust my treatment.
Hygiene and Health
All treatments follow proper hygiene standards. Therefore, if you have a fever, an infection or any current skin condition, please do cancel your appointment in good time.
Appointments
Treatment are upon reservation only and appointments are binding. So kindly cancel at least 24 hours in advance allowing me to give the time to someone else. Missed appointments may be invoiced.
Liability
All Massage are applied with caution, on the basis of the information you share. However, I cannot accept liability for consequences stemming from incomplete or incorrect information about your health.
Data protection
Finally, all personal details and health information remain confidential and are usee solely for the purpose of your treatment. No information is passed on to third parties without your explicit consent.
A good therapeutic relationship is built on an open conversation. So here's what matters most upfront: how I work, what I should know about you — and when a classic massage isn't the right choice.
